DAVID EXPLORA · TRIP PLANNING
Your booking checklist: the quote, payment and confirmation
A clear booking process lets you understand what you are buying and how it will be delivered. Use a written itinerary and quote, review the terms and verify the payment instructions. Keep the confirmation together with your travel documents.

Start with a complete written quote
Check the travel dates, number of guests, pickup point, transport and accommodation. The quote should name the operating arrangements and explain included meals, activities, fees, extras and the full total for your party.
Displayed guide prices help you compare ideas. They are not a confirmed invoice. Proposed December departures also need a viable group and a clear policy if the departure cannot operate.
Check who receives the payment
Use the payment instructions attached to your written quote. For mobile money, verify the recipient or merchant name on your own provider’s confirmation screen before approving the payment. If the name is unexpected, contact David through the published contact details.
Card payments should use an approved payment provider’s secure checkout or a booking-specific payment link. The David Explora enquiry and payment-request forms do not ask for card numbers, CVV, PINs or banking passwords.
Know the current website payment process
This website currently prepares enquiries and requests for payment instructions. Instant card checkout is not active. A payment provider must approve the merchant account before a hosted checkout can be used for customer payments.
You can ask David for instructions using your quote reference. A message draft is not a payment, and a payment receipt is not by itself a confirmed tour. Wait for written confirmation of the agreed services and dates.
Keep the documents together
- The accepted itinerary and full quote.
- Deposit, balance and cancellation terms.
- Verified payment instructions and the provider’s receipt.
- Written booking confirmation and the operating contact details.
- Any support or language arrangements agreed for your group.
